Day 4: $CGG Lock-Up
Dear Community,
Welcome to the fourth update this week, where I will be focusing on outlining the long-term growth strategy for the ChainGuardians ecosystem. Here, we will be outlining a $CGG lock-up, which will be sent to a smart contract and only unlocked after 5 years, to be utilised based on community governance voting.
We’ve been considering for some time how best to ensure the longevity of the ChainGuardians project and to hand some power over to community governance. As such, we felt that locking some $CGG, which can be controlled by governance voting for future development endeavours, a positive move. To be more specific: micro-transactions and $CGG which is driven back into the ecosystem.
