ChainGuardians Governance Update

Wowza! We’ve received tremendous initial interest and excitement expressed by our supporters. Per our promise, governance will be frequented amongst the Bi-Weekly updates until rollout commences. As UX audits & front-end architecture are edging towards finalization, technical framework details are being rigorously ideated, debated, iterated, and decided. From forum and review platforms to governance portals and beyond, governance is making instrumental strides.

Cryptoverse Podcast

The Bi-Weekly Ecosystem Update initiative has been formed to improve communication and transparency at the ecosystem level. Cryptoverse has implemented many features on a project level designed to connect and engage with our fans and supporters systematically. One of those critical pillars includes a comprehensive Creator Club Video Podcast. Besides getting to hang out with some adequately goofy hosts (Dan, CB Marketer, and Rob, CV Co-Founder), YOU can expect:

Lore, Governance, and LAND discussions
Special guest features on relevant topics

Listen… The Cryptoverse is a Metaverse of Collective Imagination — we’re not setting the bar, we’re creating a new standard. This standard includes sharing our progress, improving your experience as LAND owners and connecting with our most passionate advocates, supporters, and everyone with a stake in developing the most inclusive and comprehensive Metaverse imaginable.

Pool Mining Progress

Avast YE — yes, we know. Another delay. Unfortunately, sometimes it happens. I won’t bore you with technical details; the important message here is that we want to ensure that Pool Mining is rolled out in a smooth, polished, and non-buggy manner. Don’t worry; Captain Devex Plunderdrop funds are ready to be distributed upon Mining Pool restoration. Meanwhile, if you haven’t checked out the most recently-released Captain Devex lore… well… you’re missing out. Shine your swords & walk the plank!

RPG Direction

Exciting times are afoot. We’re seeing a resurgence of RPG players interested in the current build and parallel requests for more updates. If you insist… 😉! A picture can be worth a thousand words, so I’ll keep this section short with a fun photo instead.

The recent Ecosystem Survey data provided incredible insights into the wants and needs of our most die-hard Guardians. We’re enthusiastic about sharing (in due time) some of the development changes we’ve been working on as a result of the Ecosystem Survey. More in the next update!

ChainBoost Consumer Protections

This one is important. ChainBoosters across the land have voiced their opinions in favor of a consumer protection framework. This topic has become extremely popular given the current market state and recent post-initial offering performances. Several launchpads have implemented guidelines to best facilitate IDO and INO launches. To be clear, we applaud these efforts as they are well-intended and needed to improve the industry.

ChainBoost has opted to commence an extended research period, including collaborative analysis and the production of a detailed impact report. The goal of a consumer protection framework is to establish a set of non-negotiables — a sort of filter to automatically reject launch applications that fail to meet a core set of standards while ensuring that those filters aren’t so stringent that they reduce the number of decentralized raise campaigns significantly. So… what does that mean in practice?

ChainBoost aims to implement stricter approval and operational guidelines to improve our already extensive review process while ensuring that the aforementioned guidelines are backed with data and critical market research rather than with vague opinions and knee-jerk reactions. A key thing to note: ChainBoost will never guarantee positive returns or 100x moonshots. That said, we can and always have gone the extra mile to provide the best possible experience on ChainBoost.

ChainBunnies are exciting and have been well received. However, let’s be honest, there is certainly room for improvement. Zombunnies have been slotted for October release because we want to take the extra time to blow the carrot tops off your mind from all angles — tech, art, lore, essential utilities, and logical ecosystem integrations! While this is the Bi-Weekly Update initiative, we aren’t always going to share EVERYTHING in the works. We genuinely believe, in this case, that our ChainBunnies holders will appreciate the front-loaded discretion.

Well… why did you add this to the update? Simple. Initial art designs are completed & we’re working with some impressive talents to create a buntastic mini-story for our beloved rabidly-evolving Bunsters.

ChainGuardians Marketplace

No worries, I got you if you aren’t excited by the sub-title. With CG NFTs currently residing on Ethereum, Avalanche, Polygon, and BSC (now BNB Chain), transacting for your favorite Blockchain Superheroes can be confusing and complex. Imagine one trusted location for browsing your favorite collection with a simple, cross-chain solution. *Insert nerdily excited giggle here.*

If you don’t know, I’ll share some info about the internal marketplace — this is just the first version. ChainGuardians has always been about creating Superheroes to defend blockchains against the oppressive Gatekeeper forces…. That means we’re working with some of the finest, most innovative blockchains in pursuit of our core vision: mass adoption of NFT Gaming. That means the marketplace will be in a constant state of iteration as our product line expands cross-chain operations.
